'Attractive and prestige' Prices

Some apartments and chalets, dues to their decoration and specific luxury fitting, have an attractive and prestige tariff.
Several services provided are added: daily clean, beds make up on arrival, a variety of groceries at the beginning of your stay, etc...

PRICES INCLUDE

One week rental (7 nights) from Saturday afternoon to the following Saturday before 10 am.
All expenses included – electricity, heating, water...

All our apartments are equiped with flat screen TV and a free and unlimited internet connection. Wired system or Wifi.
The Agency A.I.D arranges discharges from any responsibility in the event of failure, cut or breakdown of the televised network and the Internet network . Completely independent of the Agency A.I.D

PRICE DO NOT INCLUDED :

  • The municipal Tourist tax of 1 € per day, per person over 18 years.
  • The deposit (not cashed in) of 500 € to 1500 €, by print of your Credit Card (Visa or Master Card).
  • fees 25€ to 49€,
  • Linen rental : Single bed kit 19 € - Double bed kit 24 € (composed, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mat and dishcloth) delivered to your apartment.
  • At the end of the stay the house as to be clean by the tenant. The cleanning can be arranges for an extra charge : studio (90 euros), 2 rooms (100 euros), 3 rooms (120 euros), 4 rooms (150 euros), chalet Vuargne (270 euros), chalet Jhanet (330 euros), chalet Love (378 euros).
  • Complete tariffs and details, general rental terms (in compliance with laws and regulations in force) attached to the booking proposals or on request from the Agency.
  • Not allowed animals.
  • Forbidden to smoke inside the apartments and chalets.
